An idyllic location, tropical sunshine and breathtaking natural beauty – the Maldives has it all. The nation is made up of 1200 coral islands, with each luxurious resort found on its own private isle. Seclusion, serenity and simplicity are the pillars of life in the Maldives.
Indulge in serious R&R in a gorgeous villa on stilts or head out to sea to experience some of the best diving in the world. Whether it’s all inclusive comfort you’re looking for or an unforgettable island adventure, this destination has you covered.

With so much relaxation on offer, our list of things to do is a little brief
  • Relax on a hammock with a good book.
  • Snorkel in the lagoon
  • Have a tennis lesson (larger resorts only)
  • Take in the amazing sunsets
  • Go fishing
  • Relax on the beach
  • Walk around the whole island
  • Relax on the deck of your over-water bungalow
  • Try Scuba-Diving
  • Relax in the pool

When to go?

The best time to visit is undoubtedly our winter and spring from December to May. This is when the weather is driest. From June onwards you’ll see rain but it’s by no means a bad time to visit. You’ll just get a sharp heavy shower in the late afternoon and the following morning will be fine again.

Visa Requirements

Maldives visa for Indians can be obtained on arrival for a maximum stay of 30 days. Visitors are required to hold documents required for their next destination. Theoretically travelers must have US$30 per day for the duration of their stay.
